BDD, MDD, MBT, formal methods, and other TLAs (Three-Letter Acronyms) can sometimes be overwhelming.
What one person understands as Behavior Driven Development (BDD) can be entirely different for another. At the TicToc project (no, not that TikTok), we decided to organize a BDD Day.
During this day, we will focus on the practical aspects of BDD. Since the TicToc project is all about developing formal methods to help scale test automation, we will definitely discuss the relationship between BDD and these methods as well. BDD Day aims to bring together industry and academia.
Here is our program:
- Introduction to BDDs: Get everyone on the same page.
- Sharing and discussing various BDDs from practice.
- Discussion about BDDs: Create a shared understanding.
Some questions we have prepared:
- What is the role of BDDs in the development process?
- How do you write a good BDD?
- What are the limits of BDDs?
